Project Background:
The Gonggar County Wastewater Treatment Plant and Supporting Pipeline Project (Phase I) is a key project to improve the ecological environment quality of Gonggar County, Shannan City, Tibet. Through the implementation of this project, domestic sewage from the airport, Jiazhulin, Wola and other surrounding areas is effectively collected and treated, solving the environmental pollution problem caused by direct sewage discharge. The Konggang New Area Wastewater Treatment Plant in this project adopts the AAO wastewater treatment process, with a daily treatment capacity of 7,500 cubic meters. The effluent water quality stably meets the national Grade A standard, meeting the wastewater treatment needs of Konggang New Area and Gonggar County in the current and future periods.
With high-precision instruments and rich industry experience, PROBEST has partnered with China Railway Water Affairs Group to become the core monitoring equipment supplier for this project, providing comprehensive monitoring support for the wastewater treatment plant from influent, process to effluent discharge.
Project Overview
1. Compliance Monitoring for Influent and Effluent—Ensuring Discharge up to Standard
One of the core objectives of the wastewater treatment plant is stable discharge up to standard. To this end, our company has configured a complete instrument solution for various regulated water quality parameters of influent and effluent, including core equipment such as PROBEST PPH-500 pH sensor, PCM300 series chemical oxygen demand (COD), ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and total nitrogen online analyzers. Through 24-hour continuous monitoring, key indicators are real-timely grasped, meeting the requirements of current relevant laws and regulations, and providing accurate and reliable data support for environmental protection supervision.
2. Process Monitoring—Comprehensive Mastery of Operation Status
PROBEST owns a full set of online monitoring equipment required for municipal wastewater treatment. Therefore, not only at the influent and effluent ports, but also for each treatment process, we provide corresponding monitoring instruments, including PROBEST PFDO-700 dissolved oxygen sensor, POP-500 sensor, PTU-800 turbidity sensor, ultrasonic sludge interface meter and other water quality monitoring equipment, as well as flow meters, ultrasonic level meters, pressure transmitters and other process monitoring instruments. These devices can fully cover the monitoring needs of key indicators for processes such as grit chambers, biochemical tanks, disinfection tanks, and sludge discharge, effectively helping to understand whether the process is operating normally.
