Project Background: Urgent Replacement of Water Quality Monitoring Equipment

 

ZhongJieNeng Yanlong (Beijing) is a joint venture and it is responsible for operating multiple town-level sewage treatment facilities in Changping District, Beijing.

 

Water quality monitoring at sewage plant discharge outlets is crucial, directly related to the effectiveness of sewage treatment and environmental protection compliance. According to the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants, sewage treatment plants must set up sampling ports at the total discharge outlets to ensure key indicators of treated sewage, such as pH, COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen, comply with environmental protection standards, avoiding pollution to the surrounding environment and water bodies.

 

Recently, ZhongJieNeng Yanlong found that the water quality monitoring instruments at the discharge outlets of five sewage plants under its operation, including Xiaotangshan Reclaimed Water Plant, Baishan Reclaimed Water Plant, and Machikou Water Plant, had problems such as aging equipment and frequent failures. To ensure the authenticity and reliability of water quality monitoring data, ZhongJieNeng Yanlong decided to purchase a batch of new monitoring equipment.

 

 

Project Content: PROBEST Equipment Installation to Help Monitoring Upgrades

 

With high-quality products and a sound service system, PROBEST cooperate with ZhongJieNeng Yanlong, providing automatic water quality monitoring instruments for the discharge outlets of its five sewage plants, including 5 sets of pH analyzers, chemical oxygen demand (COD) online analyzers, ammonia nitrogen online analyzers, total phosphorus online analyzers, total nitrogen online analyzers, samplers, and data collectors.

 

After collecting water samples, the automatic sampler distributes them to each online monitoring instrument for detection. The analyzed data is uploaded to the local environmental protection department through a data collector, achieving all-weather and comprehensive monitoring of the water quality at the discharge outlet, as well as timely early warning and rapid traceability of water quality anomalies.

 

After on-site installation and debugging, PROBEST's instruments have always shown stable performance and accurate and reliable measurement data. At present, these devices have successfully passed the acceptance and been officially put into use.
