Trouble measuring textile wastewater? How to ensure the measuring data stable and accurate

The “one enterprise, one pipeline” policy in industrial parks is crucial for precise pollution control. It requires each enterprise to construct its own wastewater collection pipeline for centralized conveyance to treatment plants. This facilitates tracing pollution discharge responsibilities while enabling treatment plants to monitor influent water quality and develop scientifically sound treatment plans.

As the core facility safeguarding the industrial park's water environment, the accuracy and stability of its water quality monitoring directly impact the effectiveness of the “one enterprise, one pipe” policy and ultimately determine whether the park's wastewater meets discharge standards.

Textile industrial wastewater is highly complex, containing substantial amounts of dyes, auxiliaries, and fiber impurities. This leads to significant fluctuations in COD and ammonia nitrogen levels, making treatment extremely challenging. Accurately and consistently monitoring these critical indicators to promptly track changes in influent quality became an urgent challenge for Jinshang Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Facing this challenge, the plant conducted multiple rounds of research and selection before partnering with PROBEST to install water quality monitoring instruments at the park's influent inlet.

Periodic comparative validation by the plant laboratory

PROBEST's CODcr and ammonia nitrogen monitoring instruments

demonstrate exceptional operational stability.

Even under extreme conditions with significant wastewater quality fluctuations and complex compositions,

they maintain stable operation,

continuously delivering accurate data

to provide precise basis for process adjustments.

PROBEST water environment monitoring analyzer

Quality control serves as the core method for verifying instrument performance, with operations personnel conducting regular checks using standard samples of known concentrations. After injecting the sample into the instrument, it executes a preset testing procedure. Daily verification results consistently fall within acceptable error margins, fully validating its accuracy and stability. This instills confidence in monitoring data among staff, thereby fortifying the defense for efficient wastewater plant operations and compliant effluent discharge.
