The ammonia nitrogen concentration is accurately measured via the ion selective electrode (ISE) method—a gold-standard technology for water quality analysis. The integrated ammonia nitrogen sensor integrates four key functional electrodes: ammonium ion selective electrode, optional potassium ion electrode, high-precision pH electrode, and real-time temperature electrode. This multi-parameter synergy enables mutual correction and dynamic compensation of ammonia nitrogen measurements, eliminating errors caused by environmental fluctuations and ensuring data reliability. Meanwhile, it supports simultaneous multi-parameter monitoring (NH4-N, K+, pH, Temp.), meeting comprehensive water quality analysis needs for industrial and environmental applications.
✅ Dynamic Environmental Compensation: Real-time correction of temperature and pH variations in samples, maintaining measurement accuracy even in complex water matrices.
✅ Industrial-Grade Digital Sensor: Strong anti-interference capability (resists electromagnetic and chemical interference), long-distance signal transmission (compatible with extended cables), and stable performance in harsh conditions.
✅ Plug-and-Play Integration: Standard digital signal output (no additional transmitter required) for seamless networking with PLC, SCADA systems, and IoT platforms—simplifying system integration.
✅ Easy On-Site Installation: User-friendly design enables quick deployment, reducing installation time and labor costs.
✅ Dual Protection Mechanism: Power reverse polarity protection and RS485 A/B terminal power protection, extending sensor service life.
✅ Intelligent Data Management: Optional time display, built-in data storage, and historical data retrieval function—facilitating traceability and analysis.
✅ Wireless Connectivity Option: Optional data wireless transmission module (supports IoT integration) for remote monitoring and cloud data access.
• Sewage Treatment Plants: Aeration tank ammonia nitrogen monitoring, effluent quality control, and process optimization instruments.
• Industrial Processes: Water quality monitoring in chemical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and petrochemical industries (e.g., wastewater treatment, process water monitoring).
• Environmental Monitoring: River water, lake water, and surface water ammonia nitrogen detection; ecological environment protection and water resource management.
• Other Scenarios: Agricultural runoff monitoring, aquaculture water quality control, and municipal water supply network testing.
