PMA5000 Outdoor Compact Automatic Water Quality Monitoring System Introduction


Fuzhou Probest PMA5000 outdoor compact automatic water quality monitoring system is a modular, highly integrated mini online water quality monitoring device developed for grid surface water monitoring. The whole machine integrates water sampling unit, pretreatment & water distribution unit, control unit, multi-parameter analysis unit, data acquisition transmission unit and complete auxiliary protection unit, serving as lightweight intelligent monitoring equipment to replace traditional large fixed water quality stations.
The equipment has passed CCEP environmental protection product certification, IP55 outdoor protection rating with built-in cooling & heating air conditioner, stable operation under -10℃~55℃. Equipped with automatic pipeline backwashing, power & network lightning protection, optional UPS power supply supports 2–4 hours continuous monitoring during power failure, greatly reducing outdoor operation & maintenance cost. The integrated cabinet occupies less than 1㎡, no land acquisition required, short construction cycle and easy relocation, ideal for large-scale grid layout.
Modular design allows flexible combination of 2 standard water quality analyzers (TP, TN, NH₃-N, CODmn, CODcr) and 6 water quality sensors, covering pH, DO, turbidity, conductivity, chlorophyll, SS and other routine water parameters. It supports zero calibration, standard sample verification, spiked recovery and full quality control functions to guarantee accurate & stable monitoring data.
Dual transmission modes (4G/5G wireless & wired Ethernet) enable real-time data upload to environmental supervision platform and cloud system, automatic multi-level liquid level alarm & water quality early warning. Widely applied in urban inland rivers, surface water assessment sections, drinking water sources and factory sewage outlets, supporting river chief assessment, pollution traceability and water risk early warning.
