PEC-700
PROBEST
PEC-700 Electrode-Free Inductive Conductivity Sensor
Working Principle
The PEC-700 inductive conductivity sensor works on electromagnetic induction theory. Thanks to its electrode-free structure, polarization problems are fully eliminated, making it the optimal solution for measuring high-conductivity fluid, slurry with suspended solids, and scaling-prone process media.
Core Product Features
Ultra-wide measuring range: 0–2000 mS/cm, covers most industrial conductivity measurement scenarios
Superior corrosion resistance: PP / PFA material optional, stable in pH 0–14 strong acid & alkaline liquid
High temperature resistance: PFA construction can operate continuously under 120°C
Flexible installation: flange / insertion / submersible / flow-through / tee-type / thread connection, compatible with all pipeline & tank systems
Precise & repeatable reading: Conductivity accuracy ±1.0% FS, repeatability ≤1%
Industrial communication: Standard Modbus RTU over RS485, easy PLC & DCS system integration
IP68 high ingress protection: Reliable operation under submerged, wet, dusty harsh environments
Multi-channel control: 4-channel output + relay control, save power & lower running cost
Low lifecycle cost: Only simple cleaning every 3–6 months, minimal maintenance workload
Application Scenarios
Chemical industry, brine / salt water monitoring, industrial wastewater treatment, electroplating, mining slurry, high-concentration acid & alkali process, scaling liquid online measurement
