PROBEST PO4 Orthophosphate Analyzer is an online, cabinet-style analyzer used for continuous monitoring of orthophosphate in a municipal water resource recovery facility.


PROBEST New Analyzer for Orthophosphate provides accurate, reliable measurements for process control. The PO4 Analyzer features a revolutionary part that dramatically reduces reagent use and maintenance requirements.


Principle 

Ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry. In an acidic medium, orthophosphate forms a colored complex with a color developer and a reducing agent. Its absorbance is measured at a specific wavelength and is proportional to the concentration of orthophosphate. 


Features 

The ten-way valve with sapphire valve core has high wear resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, organic solvent resistance, long service life and high stability

The specially designed reference method is adopted, and the slight displacement and slight pollution of the digestion pool will not affect the measured value

Orthophosphate Analyzer has the function of waste liquid separation to achieve the separate discharge of high-concentration reaction waste liquid and low-concentration cleaning waste liquid

Orthophosphate Analyzer has a dynamic dilution function, which can automatically adjust the dilution multiple according to the range set on site

Orthophosphate Analyzer has built-in spike recovery, blank test, standard sample verification, zero point verification, span verification, parallel sample test and other quality control functions, and can realize automatic, manual, remote and other ways to start the quality control function

Orthophosphate Analyzer has the function of automatic fault diagnosis and abnormal information upload and recording, such as component failure, over-range alarm, over-standard alarm, reagent shortage alarm and other information;  It has overheating protection: If the heating temperature is too high, the heater will automatically shut down

Power on after abnormal reset and power failure, the instrument automatically discharges the residual reactants in the instrument and automatically returns to the initial working state. With power-on alarm function, the instrument will generate an alarm message when it is powered on again after power failure

Orthophosphate Analyzer has the function of recording the process log of the analytical instrument, the measurement data and the alarm information storage. It records the data once every hour and can store it for more than 5 years. The data can be quickly exported to a USB flash drive
