Measurement Principle

PMI800-TU portable turbidity meter analyzer consists of PMI-800 operator and PTU-300 turbidity sensor. The

infrared scattering light technology can eliminate the influence of the color of the sample, that is, the infrared light emitted by the light source will scatter when passing through the sample under test, and the intensity of the scattered light is proportional to the turbidity. The turbidity sensor is provided with a scattered light receiver in the 90° direction, and the turbidity value is obtained by analyzing the intensity of the

set of scattered light.
