Measurement Principle
PMI800-BA portable BA blue-green algae consists of PMI-800
portable host and PBA-300 portable blue-green algae sensor. Utilizes the characteristic that cyanobacteria has absorption peaks and emission peaks in the spectrum. Monochromatic light emitting a specific wavelength is irradiated into water, and cyanobacteria in the water absorbs the energy of the monochromatic light, releasing monochromatic light of another wavelength, blue The light intensity emitted by green algae is proportional to the content of cyanobacteria in the water.
